  • The prices are per day for two persons for a minimum stay of 5 days.
  • Children up to 2 years stay free of charge; for children from 2 to 14 years the surcharge is € 10.00 per day, for adults € 20.00 per person/day will be charged.
  • The flats are bookable from 3 nights. The minimum stay at ‘Emma’ is 1 week.
  • For stays of less than 5 nights there is a surcharge of € 20.00 for the two-room flats and € 35.00 for the three-room flats.
  • Opening time: 12th April - 24th October 2026

The price includes:

  • NEW: Mobility card: free use of public transport in South Tyrol
  • Laundry change, energy consumption and final cleaning.
  • Free service: for train travellers: free pick-up service from Lana-Burgstall train station.

What else you should know:

  • Payment: For bookings we ask for a deposit (booking guarantee), approx. 25% of the flat price. The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer (online) or cash. Credit or bank transfer payments are not possible. The deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation.
  • Arrivals possible on all days of the week, except Sundays.
  • The flats are ready for occupancy from 2.30 pm and should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
  • You are welcome to bring your dog (1 dog/apartment, except in the flat ‘Emma’), we charge a surcharge of € 10.00 per day.
  • The price does not include the local visitor's tax - local tax. This amounts to € 2.10 per night and person. Children are exempt from the local tax until they reach the age of 14.
  • In the event of cancellation: We grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 40 % of the total price. Within the last 4 weeks up to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price. For cancellations in the last week before arrival, 90% will be charged.
